What happens at the consultation?

 

We will book a free consultation for you and your dog so you can meet us and discuss your requirements. This is where we can ensure that your dog and the dog walker are a good match. We will discuss the business and any paperwork that will need filled out. Some dogs need a few visits while the owner is there to become accustomed to us, so we can make sure your pets feel comfortable in our care.

Do you work weekends?

 

Yes, I do offer pet visits or puppy visits on the weekends. Consultations may happen during the weekend, also. However, I do not offer dog walking at the weekend yet.

 

How many dogs are walked at once?

 

We offer walks for two large dogs or up to three smaller dogs at a time. We believe dogs are just as well socialised on an individual walk as they would be if they were in groups. The locations we take them to, unless stated otherwise, are great for socialisation. We will ensure we can give plenty of playtime for your dogs and they receive our full love and attention.

 

How does payment work?

 

Currently, our payment is through bank transfer. We require the payment within 5 days from the date you agree to use our services. We do however for one off bookings ask for payment up front either by bank transfer or cash.

 

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

 

In the event you need to cancel, please let us know by text or phone call as soon as possible. We do require 24 hrs notice, after this we have to charge the full price. However, if you are cancelling for longer than two weeks we require at least 5 days notice, after this the full price will be charged.

 

Do you dry off the dogs when they get home from a wet walk?

 

We will dry off the dogs the best that we can, and will give them a quick groom if required. We also give them a nice spray with your approval to ensure they are returned smelling nice.

 

Where will my dogs be walked?

We walk in various areas and if your dog can travel in the car we may take them to fun locations, while also walking in the area you live.

 

If in case of an emergency what happens with my dog?

 

Obviously we do everything we can to ensure your dog is kept safe, if for any reason there is an emergency we would contact you to discuss. If we can’t get hold of you we would take your dog to your registered vet and contact your emergency contact.
